Pomegranate Molasses, Mymoune

Made from 100% pomegranate molasses, this is a seriously superior concentrate, very different from every day sweet pomegranate molasses. It’s made from boiling down the juice of a sour variety of pomegranate so this thick syrup has a lip-smacking astringency. It’s an acquired taste but one that we think is very special. Use as the base for a bold and tangy salad dressing or to marinade a range of meat and fish. A little drizzle on top of roasted vegetables and meat also goes a long way to boost and finish off a dish.
