Delivery and Returns
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:30am-5pm. Orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the following business day.
We aim to dispatch orders that are placed before 9am on the same day, but it may take up to two working days.
If you have any special delivery requirements please contact us, and we will do our best to try and accomodate you.
The delivery date specified for hampers in the checkout process is the date when the order will be dispatched.
Parcels under 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail 24 service. The service aim is delivery the next day delivery Monday-Saturday, but may take longer during peak times and to remote locations.
Parcels over 2kg will be shipped with DPD Next Workind Day*. This is a signed and tracked for service where the package will be out for delivery on the next working day after dispatch.
Saturday and Timed Deliveries (ie. Pre-Midday) will incur additional surcharges. Please contact us for more details.
*Please Note: Locations in Northern Ireland, East coast of Scotland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man are not eligible for delivery with FedEx Next Day service and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class service. For a full list of post codes please email our customer service team.
We pack our products with care and hope you receive them in perfect condition. If however your order is damaged in transit we will replace it at no extra cost or give you a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone (see our contact details). In some cases we will require evidence of the damage.
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, please contact us within 24 hours on [email protected]. Please return any goods in unused and undamaged condition within 7 days of purchase, for an exchange or full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely and at your expense.
