Ottolenghi Spitalfields is hosting a Supra on Sunday, 17 November at 19:30. The Georgian feast will be prepared by our head chef David Bravo and served with delicious Georgian wines.

A Supra is a traditional mezze-style feast always hosted by a Tamada (toastmaster). Our Tamada will be Doug Wregg, one of the founders of Les Caves De Pyrene who are the passionate importers of Georgian wines to London.

Georgia is one of the most ancient winemaking regions and their wines are characteristic, food friendly and lend themselves well to communal dining and the sharing of a meal. We will explore the traditions of their native grape varieties alongside a Georgian meal prepared by David Bravo, Ottolenghi Spitalfields' head chef.
