Brown Butter and Pistachio Shortbread
Our take on the classic Lebanese cookie, Ghraybeh (meaning “swoon” in Arabic, due to their short, crumbly and melt in the mouth texture). Traditionally made with ghee, our version uses brown butter for its nutty, toasty quality. Dipped in white chocolate for a final flourish.
