Our Christmas cake begins in the summer. Sultanas, currants, raisins, dates, dried pineapple, apricots, prunes and glacé cherries soak for months in brandy and rum, slowly absorbing every drop of warmth and depth. The result is a cake that tastes like Christmas in every bite.

This medium cake is larger than our classic, topped with a thick layer of rich marzipan, gently broiled to bring out its nutty, almond warmth. Perfect for gathering around the table, sharing with friends and family… or keeping all to yourself as a festive indulgence.

Numbers are very limited, so be quick—Christmas waits for no one.
