What's in season 

Watermelon at peak ripeness. Courgettes coming in tender and sweet. The first peaches of the season. Fifteen salads built around what's ripest right now - courgette and fennel with pickled mooli. Green beans with roasted pineapple and jalapeño… or with peaches and lime leaf. Come in while it's all at its best.

Something cold to drink in the garden - or at your desk, we won't judge. Iced coffee, chilled wine, something sparkling. The food's doing its part. The rest is up to the weather.

The strawberry and mint matcha long bar is already a favourite. Then there's blueberry babkas, peach and rosemary galette, apricot and sage roulade. We've been testing these for weeks - and eating far too many in the process.
