Panettone

We've found a new panettone maker this year - Pasticceria Scarpato in Italy. After tasting 25 different panettone from 8 suppliers, they came out on top. The dough is incredibly light and airy, almost cloud-like. It's what classic panettone should be - soft, sweet yeasted bread that's wonderful with coffee or sweet wine, or turned into the most luxurious French toast for Christmas morning.
