Everything we reach for over the Christmas weeks. The Valencian orange roasting sauce goes over a tray of root vegetables or a whole chicken, and the sticky date and tamarind sauce glazes a ham (then ends up in the leftover sandwiches). Our olive oil, made with Citizens of Soil, is for finishing everything else. For everything in between, put out a bowl of the smoky or caramelised nuts with drinks, and open a jar of apricot and passion fruit jam for breakfast. Keep some for yourself, and wrap the rest.
