Brunsli Flowers
Those from Switzerland would argue that Brunsli should only be made with cinnamon and cloves and only be baked and eaten at Christmas. After playing around with the spice mix, we’ve decided to extend the rules a little.
These spiced, chewy, brownie-like biscuits are a firm Ottolenghi favourite. At home when things are festive, but delicious all year round.
