20 Years of Ottolenghi
This April we’re celebrating 20 years of Ottolenghi! With milestones comes creativity in the form of limited-edition products, sweet treats featuring our favourite flavour bombs, and joyful celebration dishes which will be served across our brightly decorated delis.
Our Story
Ottolenghi began as a small deli in Notting Hill, London, founded by Yotam Ottolenghi, Noam Bar and Sami Tamimi. Food which had its roots in the meandering souks of the Middle East was transported to London where the colours, the textures and the flavours were unapologetically striking. The shop was an overnight success and in 2008 the first Ottolenghi cookbooks was published. Ottolenghi has now become a household name and a destination for food lovers the world over.

To mark the milestone, the OTK team have created a special Lemon mascarpone and labneh cake and three showstopping salads using the very best Spring produce. Marinated courgette, grated tomato, labneh and sumac pine nuts, Herby asparagus, potato, black garlic, and dukkah, Apple-miso cauliflower and. Available to eat in and takeaway across our delis from 12th April until 3rd May.
