This exclusive Ottolenghi blend brings together the smooth body of Brazil’s most sustainable farm with the lively sweetness of organic Honduran coffee.

Daterra Estate has pioneered smooth and sustainable coffees, holding the mantle as the worlds only B-Corp, Rainforest Alliance and Carbon Negative farm. Joining this is the COMSA (Café Orgánico Marcala) Co-operative, a growing collective of neighbouring farmers set in Marcala, La Paz.

The resulting combination is as a rich and classic espresso that pairs perfectly with milk.

They reward quality by paying a higher price to the producer with the mindset of forming relationships year after year.
