This blend brings together Riesling’s bright, zesty lift and Pinot Blanc’s soft, rounded edges. Crafted by Daniel and Jonas Brand – fifth-generation winemakers in Germany’s Bockenheim region – it’s naturally fermented, made from organic grapes, and left unfined. Aged on lees and left unfiltered – the kind of white that works with most things.
