Ras El Hanout is a complex mix of spices that is found in various forms in Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. Ours is all about the balance of sweet and savoury – cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice compliment celery salt and white pepper. Use to marinade meats and fish, stir into rice or couscous or add to tagines and casseroles.

Store in a cool, dry place.
