A sweet pumpkin loaf with warm spices, made for slicing, toasting and smothering with butter. Brown sugar and pecans run through the middle, demerara and pumpkin seeds cover the top and go crunchy in the oven. Leave it on the counter, come back to it throughout the day. Even warm slices on a griddle if you want crispy edges and happy guests!
