Our festive nougat is soft and chewy, with a little bite. Whole pistachios give it crunch and colour, and dried cranberries add a sharp, fruity edge to cut through the honey. It's best broken into rough pieces and passed around the table, once everyone has insisted they couldn't eat another thing.
