Pet Nat (short for pétillant naturel) is sparkling wine made the old way: bottled while still fermenting, so the bubbles come naturally from the wine itself rather than being added later. Made with Daniel and Jonas Brand, fifth-generation winemakers from Bockenheim. The result is gentle, lively fizz that's perfect for long lunches or whenever you want something special that isn't too serious.
