All of it wrapped in that same cloud-like dough from our new maker in Italy, Pasticceria Scarpato. It’s sweet, tangy, creamy, airy – as good as it sounds, and then some.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied sour black cherry 18%, (sour cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, sour cherry juice, vegetable concentrate (black carrot, hibiscus), acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavourings), custard filling 18%, (water, sugar, glucose syrup, mixture of egg, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, butter, thickeners: pectin and sodium alginate, natural flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate), eggs, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), butter, sugar, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, whole milk, glucose syrup, egg yolk, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavours, icing sugar in sachet 30g: sugar, wheat starch, flavours.
