Our nougat is soft-but-chewy (still with a little firmness, but nothing tooth-breaking), with a distinctly nutty crunch from whole almonds and hazelnuts. It’s delicately perfumed with aniseed and a splash of Pernod, with orange blossom honey and vanilla keeping everything floral and warm. Perfect with a black coffee, or sliced into little pieces as a post-dinner treat.
