Buttery French-style biscuits with the classic Christmas combination of chocolate and orange. The dough is rich and crumbly, studded with dark chocolate pieces and brightened with orange zest. They have that perfect snap of a good sablé, followed by the melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes them dangerously moreish. Lovely with afternoon tea, perfect as an after-dinner treat, or for dunking in coffee on Christmas morning.
