Buttery French-style biscuits with the classic Christmas combination of chocolate and orange. The dough is rich and crumbly, dipped in orange chocolate. They have that perfect snap of a good sablé, followed by the melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes them dangerously moreish. Lovely with afternoon tea, perfect as an after-dinner treat, or for dunking in coffee on Christmas morning.
