Huguenot Tassin Signature Brut Cuvée is a fruity, supple and crunchy champagne. Run by brother and sister, Adenine and Edouard Hugenot-Tassin, the seven-hectare estate creates organic wines with hand-harvested grapes.
This signature is 100% Pinot Noir and fermented in a combination of vat and barrel. On the nose, notes of lemon, green apple, yellow peach and dried fruits. On the palate, fresh and dry with a chalky minerality and a clean finish. It works wonders as an aperitif.
