Our Swiss friends would say Brunsli should only be made with cinnamon and cloves. We’ve extended the rules slightly. These spiced, chewy, brownie-like biscuits are a firm Ottolenghi favourite — perfect at home when things are festive, and delicious any time you want a little indulgence.
