Our aperitivo with Botivo is back, and just in time.

The blend that sold out over the summer has become a fixture in our delis and restaurants - served simply with ice, soda and a big slice of orange, or mixed into white Negronis and other cocktails by our bar team. 

This non-alcoholic aperitivo brings together our favourite aromatics with Botivo's botanical blend. Black lime for gentle sourness, cardamom for warmth, while rose and pomegranate molasses give bright, fruity notes. All of these sit beautifully with Botivo's gentian root and honey base.
