Intensely salty and mildly acidic, they are used to flavour roasted meats and vegetables, sliced in marinades or blitzed in dressings. Our development chefs have created the Ottolenghi Preserved Lemon Paste for you to use at home. Spoon it straight from the jar into your cooking!
