Rose water is the fragrant liquid extracted from rose petals. It's central to Middle Eastern and Indian cooking. Stir into creamy things, mix into cakes, splash over drinks, or give your meat a rose-y boost. Start sparingly - the perfume can be quite intense - and it is easier to add than to take away. The Cortas rose water is subtly fragrant and lusciously floral.
