Product variants

The traditional dove-shaped Easter bread from Italy. Rich, buttery, studded with candied orange peel and topped with crunchy almonds and sugar glaze. It's made the slow way with natural yeast – similar to panettone but lighter, more springlike. Lovely torn apart and shared at breakfast, or as the centrepiece of an Easter spread. Each one comes wrapped and finished with a ribbon, ready for the table or for gifting.

This will product will be available for delivery from 24th of March onwards.

Storage and shelf life

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: candied orange peel 16% (orange peel, glucose -fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), wheat flour, icing [sugar, egg whites, icing sugar (sugar, cornstarch), sunflower oil, precooked rice and whole wheat flour , almond flour, cornflour, preservative: potassium sorbate], eggs , butter , natural yeast ( wheat sugar, granulated sugar, orange paste 3%, (orange peel, glucose -fructose syrup, sugar), egg yolk, almonds , emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, whole milk , glucose syrup, cocoa butter, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavours.
