Using a traditional family recipe, we have enhanced our Ottolenghi Christmas Pudding with some of our favourite ingredients: Lebanese arak, juicy dates, orange blossom, orange rind, aniseeds and lots of ginger. The result, a perfect balance of the familiar and the exotic. The pudding is fruity, moist, squidgy, boozy, spicy, citrusy and super aromatic.

There are limited numbers available, so please be quick to avoid disappointment.

Pre-order now for delivery from 5th November, when our bakery starts its Christmas run.

Ingredients: Sultanas, dates, rice flour, raisins, prunes, currants, sunflower oil, mixed peel, Bramley Apple, carrot, figs (rice flour, salt), Arak (alcohol), brandy (alcohol), orange zest (orange), unsalted butter (milk), free range egg (egg), soft brown sugar, Breadcrumbs (wheat, yeast), ground almond (nuts), plain flour (wheat), orange blossom water, anise, mixed spice, bicarbonate of soda [e500 ii], salt, nutmeg, cinnamon powder, ground ginger.

Produced in an environment that handles: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), eggs, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
