This is the knife you’ll reach for most - the all-rounder that moves between finely chopping herbs to slicing onions, from breaking down a whole chicken to filleting fish. The blade has been handmade by family-run knife-makers in Solingen, Germany, the handle from our old tahini, gochugang and yoghurt tubs - each knife is sharp, perfectly balanced, and carries the unique swirled patterns from its previous life!

Our Allday x Ottolenghi knives will be dispatched from 8th of November onwards.
