Meet our team - Lea de Travy
Hailing from the South of France, Lea de Travy @lea.detravy working in Paris for 7 years before taking the leap to apply for her dream job at Ottolenghi. Her interest in food has been rife since her student days, where she chose Food Design classes and an apprenticeship at a luxury catering company, Potel and Chabot. She started as out with us as a chef de partie in October 2019 in Ottolenghi Notting Hill before moving to our beloved Motcomb Street deli in October 2020, and is now sous chef at our newest location in Marylebone.
She often spends time volunteering at the Ottolenghi Garden and loves cooking with fresh, local products. Simple joys! Lea is always a friendly face in the deli, living by her motto of seizing the day and enjoying every minute with a smile.
