Black Mustard Seeds are small, round seeds from the mustard plant. They’ve got a sharp, pungent flavour and are often used whole or ground in curries, pickles, sauces and salad dressings. While they’re smaller in size than their yellow and white siblings, they’re much stronger. We fell in love with them and have not stopped cooking with them since.
