We've been asked more times than we can count when we'd open in Scotland. And here we are - about to open our doors in the heart of Edinburgh, on George Street. 

From October, Ottolenghi Edinburgh will be an all-day dining spot with a menu that celebrates the local land and sea - langoustines off the east coast, fresh crowdie cheese and heritage whisky - but in a style that is unmistakably ours.

For breakfast, we're serving well-fired morning rolls, at lunch and dinner its sharing plates and slow cooked dishes that arrive in hand-made clay pots. The cocktails and wine lists riff of what's happening in the kitchen.
