Tahini with carob syrup

Serves 4 as a mezze

This dip isn't really a recipe, more of a serving suggestion. A sweet contrast for a savoury mezze or even as a light dessert.

Ingredients

250g tahini
2 tbsp carob syrup (can also use date or maple syrup)
Âĵ tsp flakey salt.

Method

Pour the tahini into a shallow bowl and drizzle the syrup all over. Sprinkle the falkey salt and serve.
