This dip isn't really a recipe, more of a serving suggestion. A sweet contrast for a savoury mezze or even as a light dessert.
| 250g | tahini |
| 2 tbsp | carob syrup (can also use date or maple syrup) |
| ¼ tsp | flakey salt. |
