Vegan Recipes

There are many reasons to be vegan – animal welfare, the environment and personal health being the obvious three. But there’s also a fourth: because it can be so tasty. Vegan ingredients are daily staples – olive oil and bread, my pulses and tahini – and they’re also what we reach for when we want to dial up the savoury flavour in my cooking; miso paste, in particular, does the job here. So, here are some of our favourite vegan (and vegan-isable) recipes.
