That maple-Maggi glaze creates a sweet-savoury coating that's impossible to stop eating. The sauce is brilliant on everything - try it tossed with chicken wings or drizzled over roasted sweet potato wedges.
| 85g | unsalted butter |
| 1 tbsp | Maggi liquid seasoning |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 45ml | hot sauce (We used Cholula) |
| ½ tsp | garlic granules |
| 1 tsp | onion granules |
| 300g | nuts (we used a mix of pecans, cashews and skin-on almonds) |
| 1 tbsp | white sesame seeds |
| 2 | soft pretzels, sliced into 3mm thick slices (100g) (you can also use bagels, but cut each slice in two) |
