This is great served spread on bread with flakes salt on top or anchovy slices. If using for cooking then it pairs well with roasted fish and shellfish.
100g | well toasted sesame seeds, plus extra for the top |
5 | spring onions (100g), trimmed and roughly chopped |
1 | lemon, zested, plus 1 tbsp juice |
250g | room temperature unsalted butter, cut into 2cm pieces |
70g | red harissa, (We used Cap du Bon Phare) |
¾ tbsp | runny honey, plus extra to drizzle on top |
