One of my favourite sweet wines ever! Made from Malvasia di Candia and a tiny bit of Moscato, it's aromatic with notes of apricots and orange. Always on our dessert list at either Ottolenghi or NOPI. Amazing with baked chocolate ganache, any cakes or biscuits with nuts and dried fruits or just on its own. Love it!
