Our seed collection is there to showcase some of the more unique seeds appearing in our recipes.

Annatto Seeds: Known also as achiote, add a unique perfumed flavour to broths and stews.

Fenugreek Seeds: Essential to the Helbeh cake recipe in 'Jerusalem', these seeds have a slightly sweet and nutty taste.

Black Mustard Seeds: The most pungent of all mustard seeds, these add a spicy kick in Plenty More.

Nigella Seeds: The most well known of the bunch, these add a savoury note to recipes in Plenty and we are currently obsessed using them in sweet recipes as well.
