Orange Blossom Water 100%, Mymoune

Made from only orange blossom flowers in traditional stills, this naturally pure variety is more concentrated than other commercial brands (so you’ll need to use less) without the taste of perfume they can often have. It’s a stunning addition to Asian or French dressings – mix together some olive oil, lemon juice and a little orange blossom water to lightly dress a watercress and herb salad sprinkled with some lightly toasted and crushed pistachios –as well as in a range of sweet treats. An orange blossom flavoured syrup is, for example, a heavenly alternative to lemon in a drizzle cake.
