Linen Napkin - Green/White O

Our hand painted linen O napkins, designed by artist Ivo Bisignano, add colour and fun to any table setting. Italian artisans hand painted every O onto the organic linen, woven in the traditional way on a shuttle loom in the northern Italian town of Bergamo. This reverse print napkin is made by a technique called negative printing: the artisan painted with wax, then hand painted colour all over, finally washing the wax away to reveal the O. Each is a piece of art in itself!
