One of our favourite cake tins (our signature tea cakes are made in individual versions) is the celebrated Bundt. We use this in SWEET to make the stunning Prune cake with Armagnac and walnuts, the Coffee and cardamom pound cake and Rum and raisin cake with rum caramel icing.
