The Sweet Hamper has been created to celebrate the publication of the Sweet cookbook, forming the perfect companion, full of essential ingredients and equipment for creating recipes from the book. Bursting with the best quality spices, inside you’ll also find delights such as Gianduja, used to make the Hazelnut crumble cake and Mixed candied peel used in the Chocolate panforte with oranges and figs.

The hamper is not only full of the finest ingredients but also some kitchen equipment to help you create the perfect bakes from the book. There is a large bundt cake tin, which can be used to make the stunning Prune cake with Armagnac and walnuts, the Coffee and cardamom pound cake and Rum and raisin cake with rum caramel icing. A sugar thermometer is also included, to help cooks create flawless Saffron and pistachio brittle, Almond and aniseed nougat and Chocolate and peanut butter s'mores. The hamper also contains a beautifully woven cotton and linen multipurpose cook’s cloth, which can also be used as an apron.

The hamper itself is a thing of beauty, covered in the swirling meringue pattern of the book jacket, and can be used for storage long after the contents have been eaten up. Each hamper will also contain a cookbook signed by Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh
