The word is Turkish in origin. Bulgur is an essential ingredient in Tabbouleh and can be the basis for a pilaf or used to make a porridge.

    (25/01/2014) When it comes to grains I always think the bigger the better. These ones have a great texture and nutty flavour and are really quick and east to cook. Superb in pillars and salads to name just two uses
