In May 2010 Yotam Ottolenghi published his much anticipated book Plenty, which subsequently won the Observer Food Monthly's and the Galaxy book awards for 2011. Many of the recipes appeared in different forms in his New Vegetarian column in the Guardian's Weekend magazine, with many new dishes added. All the recipes are true to the Ottolenghi form: vibrant, daring and highly original, with fantastic photography by Jonathan Lovekin. Each book is signed by Yotam.

  • Plenty The best cook book i've ever owned
(16/01/2019) I just love this cook book. We've had it for quite a number of years now and tried lots of dishes. Every one has been super. I'm quite difficult to please too, I often find vegetarian recipes to be quite boring, if you do too then I would highly recommend this book. I've even done dinner parties having never made some of the dishes beforehand knowing that they would be delicious! And they were! Love love love this book!
