After many years working as the head chef of NOPI, creating iconic dishes and writing the award winning NOPI cookbook with Yotam, Ramael Scully has opened his own restaurant last month with the support of the Ottolenghi family and we couldn't be more proud.
Situated at St. James's Market near Piccadilly, Scully offers a journey around the world, capturing the flavours of chef Scully’s layered heritage; from his childhood home in Malaysia to the kitchens in Sydney where he trained, to his travels in the Middle East, Russia and Europe.
Scully already received fantastic reviews and the open-kitchen space with its open pantry is getting extremely busy. Book a table while you can!
